Q&A

COUNTERFEIT WARNING

You can only buy the original Conferencebike through us or one of our approved distributors. ANY other company including those offering new Conferencebikes on Chinese websites such as Alibaba.com are fraudulent and in violation of trademark agreements and international trading laws as we have no licensing agreements for our patented product (US Patent D 520,913 S).

Apart from violating IP laws, counterfeit items are NEVER compliant with US, EU and Australian product regulations and directives. Considering fake products are often manufactured by criminal syndicates, this should hardly come as a surprise. Ensuring compliance with regulations in your country or market is critical. Importing non-compliant items is illegal and may result in major fines in case someone is injured or property is damaged.

PLEASE DO NOT LET YOURSELF BE MISLED!
