Parked outside Dutch Bike in Ballard is big hunk of metal President Jimmy Carter once called “the coolest thing I’ve ever seen.” The Conference Bike is a one-of-a-kind seven-seater that gathers people around in a circle. A steering wheel puts one person at the helm while the others pedal, or freeload.
